A sauna resembles our lives in many ways. The continuous heat, sweat and emotion, built up in a box made of responsibility and routine. Once in a while, we all need to step out and plunge ourselves into the icy still waters. For who knows, maybe we'd like it.

Sauna Body Music represents a time clouded by these steamy thoughts, of routine within routine. Mixed with meanderings and observations heard/felt within the confines of hospital work. It explores the addictive grit and fire of 80s punk, while dancing with modern themes of electronic music. To create an escape, a brief interlude, where you may humour your deep desires that only your dreams have access to.
